Onnuri Care is an independently run care, domiciliary, and supported living service providing support in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames and across different boroughs. We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs.

With over two decades of combined experience across personal care, complex needs, dementia support, and end-of-life care, our team brings deep practical knowledge to every visit.
We believe that receiving care at home should feel like exactly that — home. Our mission is to provide compassionate, dignified support that empowers individuals to live comfortably and confidently in their own space, on their own terms.
We work closely with families as well as the people we care for, because great care doesn't happen in isolation. Whether the need is a few hours of help each week or round-the-clock support, we show up with the same commitment: to treat every person as we would our own family.
Credentials & training
Properly trained, properly checked
Every Onnuri Care team member completes full safeguarding and moving-and-handling training, and specialist modules for dementia, end-of-life care, medication, autism awareness and Positive Behaviour Support.
